In August 2022, dr Csaba Pácz was invited by the Board of Directors of Egis to accept the position of Commercial Director until the selection process is completed.

Dr Csaba Pácz graduated as a pharmacist from Semmelweis University, Budapest in 1993. In 2006, he also obtained an MBA from Buckinghamshire Chiltern University College.

He worked for several pharmaceutical companies as a production manager, logistics manager, marketing and sales manager and later as a manager of international operations: during his years at Humanpharma Kft., Medimpex Zrt., Pfizer Kft., pharmaFELAX Kft., Bristol-Myers Squibb Kft., he gained exceptional professional experience in almost all phases of value creation in the pharmaceutical industry.

Csaba joined the team of Egis on 2 January 2013 as a manager of flagship commercial projects. In this role, he managed the acquisition team within the Commercial Directorate.

In 2016 he took over the management of Egis Operations, he has renewed several operational processes and has taken part in exploring new markets and opportunities, thus, taking cooperation with the company's subsidiaries to a new level.
