Bence Máté is the best known photographer in Hungary, who has also been the most efficient participant in the history of BBC photo contests. He is the only person who has won the Wildlife Photographer of the Year and the Young Wildlife Photographer of the Year awards. His photos and presentations draw the attention to the beauty, diversity and vulnerability of species.

According to WWF's Living Planet report in 2018, the number of vertebrates living in the wild reduced by 60% and the number of flying insects, serving as food for birds, went down by 75% over the past 50 years. 421 million fewer birds live in Europe today than in 1980. Since 2000, we have lost one third of the bird population and more than 1300 bird species are on the brink of extinction.

Our biological diversity is a series of interactions, the transmitted and developing knowledge of species about how to survive under changing environmental circumstances. At Egis, we believe in the opportunity of healing: we develop and manufacture quality medicine to ensure that patients can lead a long and healthy life. We support the exhibition with sincere conviction so that as many people as possible can admire the enchanting harmony of nature, thus emphasizing that we have numerous chances to preserve this beauty, which is our common responsibility, as well.

You can visit the exhibition in the following cities: Budapest, Debrecen, Gödöllő, Eger, Keszthely, Szeged, Győr, Miskolc
